SALON POLICIES

New clients-

We are so glad you are here! Clients new to MC Hair Salon should plan to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out your new client information form and to give ample time for your first consultation. We look forward to meeting you!

Your appointment-

If you are running behind, please call to let us know as soon as possible. To ensure a full service, it is imperative that you arrive on time. If you are excessively late, more than 15 minutes, rescheduling may be necessary.

If you need to cancel-

Your appointment at MC Hair Salon is a time we dedicate just to you, and you to yourself. We totally understand that things come up and schedule adjustments must be made. With ourselves and our other clients best interest in mind, we request at least  24-hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment.

Less than 24-hours notice will result in a charge of 25% of the reserved service total. If you completely fail to show up to your appointment with no notice at all, you will be charged 50% of the reserved service total. If your appointment was made within a 24-hour period and it needs to be cancelled you must let us know at least 4 hours before your scheduled appointment or you will incur a 25% charge of the reserved service total. 

Our cancellation policy allows us time to let our waitlist clients know a spot has opened, and to respect our stylists' schedules, we appreciate your understanding.

Confirm your reservation-

You will receive an email from MC Hair Salon to confirm your appointment 48 hours prior to your scheduled reservation, please make sure to click 'confirm' to secure your spot. 

Our location-

MC Hair Salon is located at 1131 Central Ave in historic downtown Middletown. All street parking is free but if that is filled, as it sometimes is, there are also two free public parking lots close to us. Both are accessed by turning either direction on Broad Street, one is directly behind our building and the other behind the building(s) across the street. Easy peasy parking.

We are also fortunate to be surrounded by a slew of great places to grab a drink or bite to eat, cute shops and boutiques to explore, and with Haven Yoga Studio just around the corner from us you can make it a whole day of self-care and healing here in downtown Middletown. Our city is in the middle of a major renaissance, with over 30 new businesses in the last two years alone. So come see what all the fuss is about in downtown Middletown. #livelovemiddletown
